Publicstar are proud to announce another new project with our long-standing client Orchard Plumbing. This exciting new project is the green, modern neighbourhood of Sherwood Close in West Ealing, London.
This new estate, scheduled to be complete by 2023, will contain 305 high-quality homes made up of a mixture of flats, maisonettes and townhouses from one to four bedrooms.
These residences will be within four apartment buildings, varying between two and nine storeys, and a row of three-story townhouses, along with a 70 sq.m community space and associated energy plant room.
Publicstar Control Engineering are accommodating for the second phase of this project by expanding the Trend BMS, including an additional outstation for 4 Riser Pressure Sensors. This expansion will provide control of additional Wessex Modumax Boilers with secondary pumps serving the new cores, allowing seamless control of the heating services.
Our Trend Specialist team, directed by our engineer Phil, will also be installing all power and network wiring to the relevant plant in this phase. Phil’s experience in Trend Building Management Systems is exemplary, with over 30 years of installing and commissioning.
We are excited to be a part of a project that is so considerate to the local community, with its best interests at heart. As well as to again work with our established client Orchard Plumbing, in association with Lovell Construction, who have been developing homes for over 50 years.
