Publicstar are delighted to announce an exciting new project in Southall West London – The Guru Nanak Clinic.
The health centre, founded by Dr G Singh and Partners, has created a contemporary and innovative extension. This means the clinic will now have superb infrastructure to aid the local community, Publicstar are honoured to be of service in this vital development.
Our team are responsible for the supply and installation of the BMS Control Panel, customly designed and built in our workshop to specification. This will control the heating, ventilation, hot water, as well as the Mitsubishi VRV (the air conditioning unit). We pride ourselves on the quality and accuracy of our systems and know we are the perfect contractor to provide our over 30 year expertise, there is no room for inexperience in the health industry.
Publicstar shall be installing a Priva Blue S-Line System, a diverse and flexible system that can be used in countless environments. It provides energy efficient control with an easy to use Touch Point client interface. A Priva Cloud connector will also be installed allowing the client to monitor the BMS and for Publicstar to provide on going offsite support.
The Touch Point will enable the client to view and adjust operating times, monitor alarms, adjust controller parameters and display graphs of logged data.
