Publicstar’s recent project on Avenue Road is the true epitome of central London Luxury Living. Having been designed to the highest specification while offering a generous 16,346 square foot of living space and situated in one of London’s finest addresses, it emphasises prime residency.
We are working with our accustomed client SIS MEP Solutions and Watertight Heating and Plumbing to run the hot water, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, using the Priva BMS Control System, across the diverse facilities within and around the property.
The Priva Building Management System is an expertly developed automation solution that creates the perfect indoor climate for any given activity while reducing a buildings environmental footprint through sustainable and conservative energy consumption.
Some of the facilities across the property include:
- Seven stunning bedroom suites, including an oversized master suite
- Three further staff bedrooms
- A luxury indoor pool, situated beneath the garden
- An indulgent spa area
- Cinema and entertainment room
- Five reception rooms
- A family kitchen
- A staff kitchen
- Impressive underground parking facilities, with integrated car lift and turntable
Publicstar are personally designing, manufacturing, delivering, and installing at total of eight panels to commission the Priva System. This includes two main BMS Control Panels, situated in separate plant rooms, but both with the Priva Blue ID S10 Touch Point, guaranteeing ease of use. The remaining six are mounted with the under floor heating manifolds, containing all BMS controls and associated interface devices.
Publicstar are also supplying the control valves, gas valve and DP sensors / switches. All of our materials and team’s work comes with our standard warranty of 12 months, ensuring we never fall short in exceeding our clients’ expectations.
This project is currently nearing completion, as planned for towards the end of summer 2022.
